Item Description
14x36" poster for the original release of the 1956 sci-fi monster movie directed by Dan Milner, starring Kent Taylor and Cathy Downs. The film was released on a double bill w/Day The World Ended, American Releasing Corporation's first dual release (ARC thereafter changed its name to American International Pictures). Poster features great underwater scene of monster grabbing female diver as male diver swims to her rescue. Poster has not been folded as is typical of these insert posters of this era but does show scattered handling wear w/creases and some corner creasing. Top right margin has section of surface paper lift. .75x2" streak of faint staining below diver image at top. Fine overall.
