15x20.5" thin large art board, contains pencil and ink comic page that is titled "O'Neill...Commander-In-Chief Of His State Of Mind Delivers His Inaugural Address" by Dan O'Neill of the Air Pirates Collective. Dan O'Neill contributed comics to CoEvolution Quarterly and this may have seen print in an issue or elsewhere. Likely 1970s. Signed "O'Neill and Happy New Year" at bottom. Lt. aging/handling wear, a few minor creases and some age toning at margin edges. Art is VF to Exc. Charles Lippincott Collection.
