Item Description
1-1/8" brass coffin w/text reading "Billy Bryan Nov. 3, 1896", alluding to Bryan's "death" and defeat against McKinley. According to the inside of the coffin, which features a Bryan figure, the cause of death was his "free silver" policy. Still in working order w/moderate surface wear. Extremely Fine. An interesting 1896 piece.
