Item Description
Tin litho toy w/built-in key has 4" dia. base while height is 13". 1950s. by Wolverine marked on back "No. 27 Drum Major." Large and impressive toy works and plays the drum loudly when wound. Toy has widely scattered and minute paint nicks and scratches but remains bright and glossy. VF.
