Lot of two. 3.5x6.5". Both with bold signatures. Both with postal cancellations "First Day Of Issue." Tubman comes with 2.25" signature. Feb. 1, 1978 cancellation. Dr. Ralph J. Bunche has 2.5" signature with "3/9/91" added by Parks. Jan. 12, 1982 cancellation. Exc. Comes with Hake's COA.
