Item Description
1-1/8" w/metal back. During Hughes' time as NY Governor he fought for the incorporation of direct nominations as a reform measure against the control of party bosses within the state. Faint stains along the back collet at 3 and 9 o'clock are barely seen on the extreme outer edges and detract little. Otherwise light surface wear. Technically extremely Fine, but displays above grade.
