Item Description
7.75" overall w/1" cello. Features brass hanger w/eagle motif and a "Wheeling" designation insert. Ribbon reads "Young Men's Democratic Club 1904". Only minor surface wear on the cello, full luster on the brass, and only minor surface wear and handling on the ribbon. Virtually no gold letter application loss. There appears to be a pencil mark in the bottom left-hand corner of the ribbon. Exc. A scarce 1904 item w/a WV connection to the West Virginian Henry Gassaway Davis.
