2x5x6.5" tall tin litho toy w/built-in key comes in box w/nicely illustrated lid. 1950s by T.P.S., Japan. Lid features illustration of high-wheel cyclist traveling down a road while two side panels feature silhouette image of other cyclists on different bicycles. Box has scattered trace of edge wear, .25" puncture at lower left edge of lid. Fine. Toy depicts man on high-wheel cycle which has attached bell on back w/date of "1890." The man wears a fabric outfit. Toy works and travels around in a circle as the bell rings. Bell has a few .5" hairline scratches o/w toy shows just the slightest wear and aging. Exc.
