2.5x4x4.5" tall toy w/built-in key comes in box w/illustrated lid. 1960s by Haji, Japan. Box has minor trace of staple rust but still Exc. Toy is all tin litho except for the clown's head which is vinyl. Clown is atop tricycle w/bell attached to the back. Details include small rocket ships and stars on the top platform of the cycle. Toy works and travels in a circle as the bell rings. Minute scattered paint nicks as produced. N. Mint.
