Item Description
5" overall w/1.25" cello disk. W&H label on the reverse. Features the same jugate image on the more commonly seen, but still scarce, Harding/Coolidge pin back button. Only minor surface wear on the cello, w/full luster on the brass hanger. Ribbon has a tiny hole in the back directly behind the loop on the badge. Ribbon retains crispness w/vibrant color. Only minor vertical pull in the bottom right of the blue section of the ribbon that detracts little from this potentially one-of-a-kind piece. Exc. Given its non-specific brass hanger and extreme rarity it is likely this was a salesman's sample badge never ordered in quantity. First we've seen in our 56 years. See next lot for matching button design.
