Item Description
Small 2x2.5x3" tall painted tin windup w/built-in key comes in box w/same penguin image on three side panels. 1940s marked "Made In Occupied Japan." Obviously inspired by Kool cigarettes. Lt. box aging but VF. Toy works and waddles about when wound. Back edge of right foot has .25" spot without yellow paint o/w N. Mint.
