Item Description
Base is non-adjustable silver luster with just a little brass show-through on the bottom portion of the outer band. Sides are die-cut resembling a flower at center with leaf design spreading to the left and right. Top has a rectangular beveled cover of celluloid with yellow tint and slight cloudiness. Tiny corner off at upper right. Below is a red interior plate. This has an opening on the lower half. Printed on the upper plate is "100%" while the movable piece that shows through the open window is in black lettering. Held one way, this piece reads "USA" but when the ring is shaken, the text changes to "KKK" or vice-versa. "Patent Applied For" stamped on the underside. Overall working and VG. We've seen about five over 40 years. Rare.
