Item Description
2.5x3.5". The 1967 Topps Baseball set consists of 609 cards. Card fronts feature large color photographs bordered by white, while the player's name and position are printed at the top with the team identifier at the bottom. Each example (with the exception of #254 Milt Pappas) carries a facsimile autograph across the front. The most significant "Error" is #45 Roger Maris, with the New York Yankees instead of St. Louis Cardinals, the team to which he was traded, while variations include Checklist #191 (with Willie Mays pictured with either a headshot or head-and-neck pose) and #454 Juan Marichal showing the Hall of Famer in one of two shots - with and without a left ear.

Willie Howard Mays Jr. , nicknamed "the Say Hey Kid" and "Buck", is a former center fielder in Major League Baseball (MLB). Regarded as one of the greatest players ever, Mays ranks second behind only Babe Ruth on most all-time lists, including those of The Sporting News and ESPN. Mays played in the National League (NL) between 1951 and 1973 for the New York/San Francisco Giants and New York Mets. Some of his many career achievements include being a 25 time All-Star, 12 time Gold Glove Winner, two time MVP, Rookie Of The Year and World Series Champion. Willie Mays was inducted into the National Baseball Hall Of Fame in 1979 and is currently the oldest living member.
