Item Description
2.5x3.5". The 1906 Fan Craze - National League baseball card set was created and distributed by Cincinnati's Fan Craze Co. featuring 53 of the top players of the veteran National League. The set is reminiscent of a deck of playing cards with rounded edges like a deck of cards. These unnumbered table game cards include baseball plays, such as "Strike", "3-base Hit", "Home Run" and "Double Play", printed above the images. This set follows the American League set featuring that league's stars introduced in 1904. Sears sold the set for 48 cents postpaid.

Charles Sebastian "Red" Dooin was an American professional baseball player and manager. A catcher in Major League Baseball during the first two decades of the 20th century, he played 1,219 of his 1,290 games as a member of the Philadelphia Phillies and managed the Phils from 1910 through 1914.
