Item Description
2.5x3.5". The 1984 Fleer Update set consists of 132 cards. The set marked the company's first update venture and features ballplayers with their most recent team as well as rookies not included in the 1984 regular issue. Card fronts bear a bold color photo with the athlete's name and team logo identified at the lower border, while the backs include a "U" to distinguish it from the regular issue. The set was available only as a factory set for a relatively brief print run, with several of the rookie cards later illegally printed.

William Roger Clemens, nicknamed "Rocket", is an American former professional baseball pitcher who played 24 seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB), primarily with the Boston red Sox and New York Yankees. Clemens was one of the most dominant pitchers in major league history, tallying 354 wins, a 3.12 earned run average (ERA), and 4,672 strikeouts, the third most all time. An 11-time All-Star and two-time World Series champion, he won seven Cy Young Awards during his career, more than any other pitcher in history.
