1.25" Canadian issue picturing Scotsman wearing short kilt beside billboard inscription "Makes Clothes Wear Longer." Added comment at bottom margin is "Ma Conscience!" Backpaper by Toronto maker is missing. Some age marks on far left side with a few dots on bottom left edge. About 92% clean and displays bright and glossy.
