Item Description
Cardboard box w/original styrofoam insert contains 3.25" tall die-cut and plastic figure of R2-D2. Made in Japan by Takara for the Japanese market in 1978, ©1977 Twentieth Century Fox Film Corp. Lt. aging/wear. Box shows scattered edge/corner tip wear w/color rubs and corner creases. Fine. Open end of box has small piece of tape w/price sticker that was partially lifted. Styrofoam insert has no damage. VF. Figure is complete w/plastic stand (w/raised "Star Wars/R2-D2" name) and sprue w/3 unused chrome projectiles to be fire from spring-loaded feature in R2-D2's front. Chrome dome still has nice plating. Stickers have minor edge lifting from age but in place. Displays NM as packaged.
