Item Description
Framed to 16x18" (sight size 9x11.25"). Wood engraving, ink on paper w/pencil signature bottom right. After studying in France, Wolf moved to New York City and established his name as the maker of bold historical portraits like this one. His work is held by the Smithsonian and Metropolitan Museums. Exc. Not inspected outside of frame (original w/acid free mat and backing later added).
