Matted to 9.5x12.5" (8x10.75" paper size). Finely engraved portraits against a library backdrop w/snake striking from the open book and quill pen. Signed D. Edwin and G. Murray. Hart 598 and Baker 218. Light water stains and foxing. Hard to find. A later version resides at Mount Vernon. Fine.
