Item Description
1" (26mm). Brass. DeWitt FP-1852-5 & WS-1852-13. Pierce obverse reads "The Statesman & Soldier", while the reverse has text reading "For President Gen. Frank Pierce Of New Hampshire, For Vice President William R. King Of Alabama". Scott has text on reverse reading "Chippewa Lundy's Lane Cerro Gordo Contreras Churubusco Chapultepec Mexico". Both holed at the top for suspension. Both have only light surface wear and handling. Exc. A nice pairing from the 1852 campaign.
