Item Description
5.5x22". Pen and ink panels on heavy card stock signed by Boston Globe's Wallace Goldsmith. Titled in pencil "Mr. Asa Spades Is Elected", derogatory cartoon tells the story of Asa's use as an alternate and his subsequent rejection for life insurance. Undated, but likely used during TR's 1912 campaign. Edge toning w/pin holes along top edge. Fine.
