8.5x11.5". Exceptional newsprint advert (4 pgs.) w/halftone portrait cover and educational photo sets for mail order through The Associated Publishers, 1538 Ninth Street N.W. Washington D.C. who worked extensively with Carter G. Woodson in the early propagation of positive African American history. Woodson's trailblazing Chicago based Association for the Study of African American Life and History (ASALH) began Negro History Week in 1926. This flyer undated but likely c. 1940s. Toning, foxing and stains reverse. Soft folds. Pencil mark for trade discount in margin from use. Rare. VG.
