1" w/St. Louis Button Co. back paper. Small light scuff at 10 o'clock at outer edge, as well as concave front. Otherwise only light surface wear. Extremely Fine. Senator Pat Harrison and Governor Martin "Mike" Sennet Conner also spoke at the event, and the main topic of discussion for FDR in his speech was on the Tennessee Valley Authority.
