Item Description
1.5" w/ W&H back paper. WWI messaging used by Wilson in 1916 election as he tried to balance neutrality w/ being ready to join the war if the U.S. was provoked. Some scttered staining on the curl along the collet that cannot be seen when displayed. Otherwise minor surface wear. Technically extremely Fine, but displays above grade.
