Item Description
1.25" dia. w/W&H back paper introduced around Dec. 1896 and used throughout 1897. Button features Robert Fitzsimmons, a British professional boxer who achieved fame for beating Gentleman Jim Corbett (the man who beat John L. Sullivan). "Am I In It" slogan appears above him. "High Admiral Cigarette" text on upper curl as this was a give-away. Button shows lt. surface wear in reflected light and is o/w Exc.
