Issued to guests at a celebration of boxing legend Joe Louis' May 13, 1975 birthday, as this photo of him appears on a 1975 Joe Louis Celebrity Golf Tournament. "'Forever The Greatest' - Happy Birthday Joe" text flanks his image. Mint. Rare and the only example known to us. Paul Muchinsky Collection.
