Item Description
Kit No. 800-98. ©1964. Second issue w/"The Madame Tussaud's" text dropped on lid. Aurora had an agreement with Tussaud's for each model to be approved before releasing and this didn't happen causing Tussaud's to pull their name. Also "The Chamber Of Horrors Series" raised quite a few eyebrows and the line was canceled after this one kit was made. Classic model kit depicting French troops readying for a beheading. Box remains tightly sealed with no tears in shrinkwrap. 98¢ price ink stamp on front. Shrinkwrap has trace corner tip wear and box remains tightly sealed. Exc. Factory-sealed with unused contents.
