9" dia. by 1.5" thick metal with glass cover. c. 1920s. Printed paper dial with center illustration of early fire wagon below round image of Franklin with burning building in bkg. Text below reads "'You May Delay, But Time Will Not' Ben Franklin/Fire And Marine Insurance." Original loop at top for hanging. Scattered rubs to metal not affecting its VF appearance.
