5.5x14" on cardboard. Produced in small quantities for members of the inaugural committee. Patriotic rwb design w/stars in top stripe. Slight even age toning w/some minor paint loss, most notably on the extreme outer edge along the top. Otherwise light surface wear and handling. Extremely Fine.
