Item Description
Impressive 3.25x14" long. Features 26 team members shown full figure and posing on their ball field. Below each image is person's last name while on bottom margin is title, copyright and photographer's name "R.W. Johnston Studios" of Pittsburgh. Shown on this team are HOF members Honus Wagner, Vic Willis, Fred Clarke. This team won the NL pennant with a record of 110-42 and would go on to win their first World Series over the Detroit Tigers. Wagner led the league that year in batting average, on-base percentage, slugging percentage, and runs batted in. Back remains unused. A single vertical crease is at center. Other lt. aging and corner tip wear but a much above average example given its size and the fact it was never mailed. Fine.
