Item Description
11.5x16.75" w/26 color plates and bw title page and cardboard cover. Book collects Winsor McCay's beloved Little Nemo In Slumberland Sunday pages, w/one Sunday page split between two pages. Cupples & Leon, 1909. Front cover has vertical split at center, but this could be restored. Corner creases and vertical creases alongside split and scattered margin soiling including streak of moisture staining at top left. Front cover is Poor while back cover has 1.5" corner piece off and is Good overall. Pages show some scattered wear including corner foxing, some margin soiling and crease at top right corners. Pages are VG to Fine overall w/superb color. One of the rarest and most sought after Platinum Age comic books and the only copy we have offered in our 56 years.
