Sign has 9" crease running along bottom of magazine art, 4.5" diagonal crease in upper left corner, some moderate handling wear, 5.5" section of moisture staining along lower left corner, some minor dust soiling. Magazine art has some color rubs but do not affect image. All margin defects could be matted out and art remains clean and displays Fine to VF.
