6" overall w/ 1.25" cello. Oil cloth. Text on ribbon promoting Joseph Guffy and George Earle for Governor and Senator, respectively. Ribbon has moderate surface wear and handling w/ scattered faint staining and aging, particularly notable along edges. Also a stray pencil mark along the bottom. Cello. has light surface wear. Overall VF.
