Item Description
This is 1980 version of Empire carrying case. Vinyl-covered case measures 8.75x12x3" deep and has plastic carry handle. ©1980 Lucasfilm. Complete w/clear cellophane band w/label. Earlier issue art features Hoth, Yoda, Cloud City and Bounty Hunters. Contains 2 plastic trays designed to hold 24 figures and to be used as figure stands. Also inside has paper insert showing figures. Case has wrinkling to clear front and band label has some lt. aging. Case remains free of any cracks/splits but right flap edge has inner cardboard extending .25" beyond vinyl (likely produced defect but possibly edge split and shrunk with age). Other than this issue case displays Fine and is unused and sealed by rare intact band.
