4" overall w/ 1.75" cello. Bastian Bros. back paper. Union bug at 3 o'clock. Ribbon has some loss of gold letter application, most notably along the right half of the text. Cello. has a few tiny scattered indentations only seen in reflected light. Glossy. Overall Extremely Fine. An interesting Harding item w/ a McKinley and Ohio connection.
