8.5x11". Dated May 6, 1970. Front features powerful images of Kent State students grieving over the victims. Reverse outlines a petition to the Oakland Mayor Reading and Oakland City council to urge the U.S. government to end the war in Vietnam and to give back the people of Cambodia and Vietnam their human rights of "self-determination". It also asks the mayor to demand an end to "political repression at home" pointing to the Kent State shootings and government attacks on the Black Panthers. Only light surface wear and handling, most notably slight even age toning. Extremely Fine.
