Item Description
1.75" with curl naming maker Bastian Bros. of Rochester, NY plus their 1908 back paper. Wonderful sun face in silver tilted and resting on a bed of clouds. Text translates as: Headine Cures Headache And Neuralgia. Previously, we knew of only one example originating in the Joe Stone Collection, the basis for Hake's 1986 book Collectible Pin-back Buttons. That example realized $1,771 in our January 2007 auction. This second known example is glossy and Exc. and offers a rare opportunity to own one of the best graphic buttons from the button's golden age.
