Item Description
3x6.75". From the 2nd Congressional District of Maryland w/ Congressional candidate "J. Morrison Harris". Harris was a former Know Nothing Congressman during the 1850s who sought the seat in 1876 as a "reform" candidate. He lost to incumbent Democrat Charles Roberts. Scattered creasing and edge tears w/ even age toning and some scattered staining. Good.
