Item Description
3x5" when unfolded. Copyright by Geo. M. Hanks. Image dated June 24th 1880 (nomination) features a robust Hancock w/ the body of a stout rooster and text above reading "Hancock, Hancock, Cock-A-Doodle-Doo!". Whne the card is opened, it reveals a bloodied and humiliated Hancock w/ text reading "November 2nd 1880-Hancock, Hancock, Boo-Hoo-Hoo". Reverse has an anti-Hancock campaign poem. Slight even age toning and a few faint scattered stains. Tear along the fold that is stable. Overall Fine. An interesting campaign paper item.
