4.25" long by W&H. Ornate solid gilt brass "Washington DC" hanger w/draped American flags and depiction of the US Capitol suspends ribbon w/an attractive gilt brass medallion featuring a highly domed FDR real photo cello. Only light overall wear, most notably an area of thinness on the bottom of the ribbon below the text. Overall still Exc. A nice example of this scarce eye-catching badge.
