5.75" overall w/2-1/8" cello. W&H back paper. Largest variety of the Standing Liberty design. From the Iowa Republican Convention held on July 20, 1904. Ribbon has slight fading and light wear and handling. Extremely Fine. Cello is clean and vibrant w/only minor wear in reflected light. NM.
