3.5"w/"Bastian Bros." on curl at 6 o'clock. Typically found w/four holes drilled in concave metal back for attaching to car radiator or license plate via wire but here sans holes w/a hand soldered horizontal bar pin as issued. Moderate surface wear in reflected light. Exc. A bold Smith that can be paired w/matching Hoover, next lot.
