Item Description
All-Negro Comics. First and only issue. Hanging panels. George Evans Jr. art. The first known comic book written and drawn solely by African-American writers and artists and populated with African-American characters. All-Negro Comics probably did not circulate outside of pre-civil rights segregated black communities. CGC label note includes- "2 Center Wraps Missing." Scarce in any condition. Brittle pages.
