Each is 1.25" w/Emress Novelty Co. back paper. Truman has stars at 12 and 6 o'clock, while Dewey has eagles, the respective symbols of their parties in New York. Both glossy w/light wear. Dewey has hairline scratch just left of his portrait in white field. Dewey is VF. Truman is Exc. John Van Meter Collection.
