Capitol building at the top w/portraits of Jefferson and Jackson flanking Parker. Scattered light surface scratches, most notably a light scratch on the left side of Parker's portrait, as well as a scratch at 1 o'clock along the floral border. Vibrant color. Extremely Fine.
