2.25x3.5" plastic sleeve with reverse bar pin holds card. Designated to "Wayne E. Carpenter". Scattered light wear and handling. Extremely Fine. In his speech in Canton on September 27, 1960, Kennedy discussed the topic of the economy and the government's role in the lives of Americans.
