5.5x7.5". 15 pp. Caption below the image on cover laments the idea of African American government employees dictating to white stenographers and the concept of integration under the leadership of Hoover. Contents inside feature racist criticisms of Hoover, as well as attempts to associate Smith as the candidate for a "White Man's Government", most notably by highlighting criticisms of Smith by W. E. B. DuBois. It argues that despite Smith being a Tammany New York Democrat, he has more in common w/Southern Democrats than does Hoover in terms of position on race relations. Faint scattered spotting and moderate wear and handling. Fine.
