3.5" w/metal back and horizontal bar pin. Jock refers to John Hay Whitney, a major Ike ally and donor who was later appointed to Ambassador of the United Kingdom. Slight even age toning and moderate wear in reflected light. VF.. We believe this references John Hay 'Jock' Whitney a noted New York venture capitalist, WWII intelligence officer and an Alternate Delegate at RNC 1956.
