Set of four 33-1/3 record albums only (no comics) by A.A. Records, Inc. ©1966 Marvel Comics Group. Records were issued to help promote literacy and each features a word-for-word reading for corresponding comic book, complete w/sound effects and page instructions. SLP 185 The Fantastic Four #1. Lt. cover wear but no splits. Exc. Record is NM. SLP 186 The Amazing Spider-Man #1. Heavy edge wear w/splits/repairs/color touch-ups. Good. LP has surface wear but no serious scratches. VG. SLP 187 The Avengers #4. Lt. cover wear w/pair of .5" splits along bottom. VF. LP is NM. SLP 188 Journey Into Mystery #83. Lt. cover wear w/.5" split at bottom. Still Exc. LP is NM. Also included is an 8.5x11" two-sided order form that was inserted into the comics and advertises mail-order Marvel Super Heroes and David McCallum/Illya posters/membership cards. Exc. Aside from the Spider-Man, condition of these is much better than normally found. Also rare to find as a set. An instant collection. All four reprint comics can be found in the CGC section of this auction.
