AFA graded and encapsulated bagged 3.75" tall action figure of Snake In The Grass (Street Fighter) from Hasbro's 1993 "Name Your Own 'Create A Cobra'" promotion, which was available as part of Hasbro Direct's "Terrifying Lasers Of Destruction" mail order offer that allowed recipient to fill out a form, naming your character (re-using the T.A.R.G.A.T. body mold from 1989 and the Crimson Guard Immortal head mold from 1991; in different colors) and customizing their file card. Comes encapsulated w/"Cobra Combat Command File Card," unused Cobra emblem sticker sheet and original Hasbro Promotions & Direct, Inc. printed order form noting original price of $7.50. Rare as complete and w/original order form.
